Modular Ice Rake Bin

The SFT modular ice raking systems provide sanitary storage and delivery for ice produced by our ice machines. Integrated delivery systems automatically transport ice to the point of use. Standard and custom solutions ensure the appropriate fit for your facility and the right capacity to ensure you have ice on-demand, as needed. Optional ice crushers, ice blowers, and ice conveyors can deliver ice of various consistencies throughout your work area.

The programmable-logic-controlled (PLC) raking system controls the movement of the rake and the speed of discharging ice.

Aluminum and stainless-steel rake chain with ultra-high-molecular-weight rollers and sprockets.
Electric operated rake assembly with soft starting fluid drive coupling and low-speed overload detection.
Electric operated various speed hoist assembly and electronic controller with storage detection functions.
The automatic working system and controller system link to packing machine and conveyor system, from ice storage to packing processing, to assure reliability and ease of use.

APPLICATIONS

The SFT modular ice raking systems do not require the construction of a refrigerated building with wooden support columns. They are increasingly popular for retrofitting older ice plants or for new ice plants where wood construction is not practical. The SFT modular ice raking systems are ideal for packaged ice, poultry, seafood and large foodservice operations.
