SFT air-cooled scroll chillers provide chilled water for almost any process. They are designed for either indoor or outdoor (roof or ground level) installations. Each unit includes hermetic scroll compressors, air-cooled condenser, a full refrigerant charge of R-410A, and a weather-resistant microprocessor control centre, all mounted on a rugged steel base.
SFT’s industrial air-cooled scroll chillers are ideal for rigorous chiller applications. Our smart scroll chillers are available from 2.5 tons up to 60 tons capacity and provide reliable efficiency and operational performance.
Our air-cooled scroll chillers feature a single-point power connection for reduced wiring costs, industry-leading eco-friendly design and high energy efficiency.
SFT air-cooled scroll chillers are high thermodynamic engineering products, developed with high accuracy in balancing compressors, evaporator and condensers in order to offer high performances and safety. The materials adopted for the products have been chosen without any compromises, taking care of quality and long life purposes of products. The quality management system of SFT meets ISO 9001 requirements of the high fabrication standards.
Working Reliability
In the summertime, the chiller produces chilled water through a plate exchanger while the condenser coils dissipate the heat rejection. In the wintertime, the plate heat exchanger works as a water condenser to produce hot water while condenser coils dissipate cooling capacity to the ambient air. The periodic defrosting, necessary during low-temperature functioning of the chiller is run by the system in means of automatic switching of the four-ways inversion cycle valve.
Modular Design
SFT air-cooled scroll chillers are designed as the original modules; different numbers of modules can be combined to satisfy the various load. The largest combination is 10 modules. It is convenient for transportation and installation.
Highly Flexible Design
The SFT air-cooled scroll chillers are available in sizes covering a range from 8 to 210 kW rated cooling capacity. With the availability of many accessories and the applications of high tech control and safety devices, The chillers are flexible for their installations in commercial, residential and industrial environments.
Low Installation Costs
The air-cooled scroll chillers come as a complete assembly. And every chiller is functionally tested before leaving our manufactory. All the functions are guaranteed zero-defect so that we can deliver the equipment to site for most effortless installation.
Our air-cooled scroll chillers are available from 2.5 to 60 tons, which serve a multitude of applications including medical & lab cooling, water-jet cooling, laser cooling, plastics mould cooling, and many more.
