HOW IT WORKS

To operate, feed up to 50 kgs of fish of comparable size. Close the door, open the water tap, and turn on the machine, let the machine run for about 5 minutes. After the fish are descaled, open the outlet door, and clean fish are out. Fish scales wash down in the drum and settle to the bottom of the tank during operation, leaving the fish free of scales, dirt, and slime.
This roller drum descaler machine can connect with an automatic fish loading and conveyance device to realize fully automatic processing.
In the automatic processing line, fish is filled into the receiving tank and is delivered into the descaling drum. The descaling drum rotates and scrapes scales from fish and then deliver clean fish to the exit. Water showers spray water on the descaling drum to wash down the removed scales to the bottom of the tank. And the removed scales and wastewater are drained out at the vent chute.
