The ice making technology that we apply to this block ice machine is brine refrigeration. This is the traditional and time-proven technology for making block ice. The brine refrigeration system is conducted through direct heat exchanges between freshwater and cold brine water (glycol or sodium chloride) to make ice. The cold brine water continuously absorbs the heat from the fresh water in the ice molds (ice cans). Thus the water temperature continues to decrease till reaches to zero Celsius degree, the fresh/salt water in the molds become solid ice.
It is a complete package of block ice machine that we supply. The whole package of the block ice machine is composed of the condensation system, ice making equipment, ice harvest equipment, water supply equipment, ice transportation equipment, and control system.
