SFT mobile block ice plant comes with a standard ISO shipping container (20ft or 40ft), in which all the necessary components of a block ice plant are completely assembled and ready for instant launch as long as there have sufficient power and water supplies to the ice plant on the site. The whole containerized block ice plant can be easily relocated to other places by loading it to a flat truck. Ice making technology – Brine Refrigeration or Direct Evaporation

The brine refrigeration is the oldest technology that usually used in vast areas. Most of the old block ice plants are applying the brine refrigeration system. The operation of the brine system is easy, though the ice harvest time is quite long and the working efficiency is quite low. When the direct evaporation technology was invented several years ago, the direct evaporation system has a much higher working efficiency than the brine refrigeration system.
